All payment is due in full at time of purchase and can be payed by Paypal or you may contact me to arrange other forms of payment. All other methods of payment (cheque or money order) must be received & cleared before shipment.
I take great pride and care over each piece I create and it is very important to me that you're happy with your purchase. If you have any concerns once your shipment is received, please contact me within 7 business days with details of your concern.
Exchanges or Store Credits are possible, minus the S&H cost of the original order. Please note there is a 15% restocking fee charge for any requests to change or exchange your item after it has been made for you (Custom orders are final sale). Buyer is responsible for shipping back return item(s) and I will ship their exchange item(s) within 2 days of receipt.
Exact measurements are listed (usually down to the mm) so please check before purchasing. Photos are enlarged to show detail.
REFUNDS DUE TO LOST MAIL
Please keep in mind that it can take up to 4-6 weeks for most delivery from Canada to the US and sometimes longer for places like Australia, India and some other international countries. Please notify me after 4 weeks, if your item has not arrived. Tracking of Canadian packages is not possible, unless you requested expedited shipping. I will refund your money after the 8th week if your item has not yet arrived or offer you another piece similar to the one you ordered, if your piece gets lost in the mail system. Please keep in mind holiday delays in delivery and add those days to your weeks. I promise the wait is worth it!
Most shipments will be sent within 2 business days and I use Canada Post, shipping ground, first class. If you'd like express shipping, please contact me and I'll let you know what options we can try and what the additional charges will be for this service that you would be responsible for. If you are a U.S. resident, you can expect your parcel to arrive between 10-14 days from the date of purchase. From experience US/Canada Customs can sometimes delay the delivery times and I have no control over that. Please note Canada Post does not provide tracking numbers for first class mail.
Your purchase will leave my shop in safe and secure packaging in perfect condition. If insurance is not requested I cannot be held responsible for damaged or lost items by the postal system and therefore cannot offer a refund.
Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.
* If you are a UK resident, please note the following info on Customs charges. Approximately 20% of the total cost is charged on VAT charges. All goods imported into the UK from outside the EU are liable for tax/duty if their value is over £40 for gifts.
The price of postage is added to the value of the item when calculating charges (except for gifts posted using standard mail instead of express mail). This means that you may be charged tax and/or duty on items that are not themselves expensive. The charging rates are set by HMRC and are set out in Notice 143 on the HMRC website . If tax and/or duty is payable on your item, Parcelforce Worldwide will initially pay it to us on your behalf. It will then recover this amount, plus a customs clearance fee to cover the costs of presenting the item, from you before delivering your parcel. The customs clearance fee covers Royal Mail Group's costs from additional handling, administration, money collection and clearance of parcels.
International orders outside of the UK can expect your packages to arrive within 2-6 weeks. If you want your order expedited, please contact me to arrange a quote immediately. All customs and duty charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Your item will be sent International packet via Canada Post.
